How to Use ACFT Score Calculator
1. Basic Usage Steps:
- Open the HTML file in a web browser
- Select your gender from the dropdown
- Choose your age group
- Enter your performance for each of the 6 ACFT events:
- Deadlift (lbs)
- Power Throw (meters)
- Push-Ups (reps)
- Sprint-Drag-Carry (MM:SS)
- Plank (MM:SS) or Leg Tuck (reps)
- 2-Mile Run (MM:SS)
- Click “Calculate ACFT Score“
- View your results below the button
2. Input Format Guide:
- Numeric Fields (Deadlift, Power Throw, Push-Ups):
- Enter whole numbers (e.g.,
185
lbs) - Power Throw accepts decimals (e.g.,
6.5
meters)
- Enter whole numbers (e.g.,
- Time-Based Fields (SDC, Plank, Run):
- Use MM:SS format (e.g.,
1:45
= 1 minute 45 seconds) - For plank:
2:30
= 2 minutes 30 seconds - For run:
15:30
= 15 minutes 30 seconds
- Use MM:SS format (e.g.,
- Plank/Leg Tuck Field:
- Enter either:
- Plank time (MM:SS) OR
- Leg Tuck repetitions (number)
3. Scoring Information:
- Each event is scored 60-100 points
- Total possible score: 600 points
- Passing requires:
- Minimum 60 points in EVERY event
- Total score ≥ 360 points
4. Troubleshooting:
- Blank Fields: All inputs must be filled
- Invalid Formats:
- Time fields must use colon (:) separator
- Numbers only (no letters/symbols)
- Unexpected Results:
- Ensure correct age group selection
- Verify numeric inputs are realistic values

6. Important Notes:
- This is a demo version – scoring tables only include:
- Male/Female categories
- 17-21 age group
- Basic scoring ranges
- For official testing:

7. Sample Calculation:
Gender: Male Age Group: 17-21 Deadlift: 340 lbs → 100 pts Power Throw: 12.5m → 100 pts Push-Ups: 60 reps → 100 pts SDC: 1:33 (93s) → 100 pts Plank: 3:30 (210s) → 100 pts Run: 13:30 (810s) → 100 pts Total: 600/600 → PASS
8. Saving Results:
- Results are not saved automatically
- Take a screenshot of the results section
- Print the page (Ctrl/Cmd + P) for a hard copy
