How to Use the CGPA Calculator

1. Add Courses
   • Start with the default course row
   • Enter:
     • 📝 Subject Name (any text)
     • 🅰️ Grade (select from dropdown: A/B/C/D/F)
     • ⏲️ Credit Hours (minimum 1)
   • Click “Add Course” button to add more courses
2. Calculate CGPA
   • After entering all courses:
   • Click “Calculate CGPA” button
   • Result will appear below with your CGPA to 2 decimal places
3. Reset Calculator
   • Click “Reset” button to:
     • Clear all courses
     • Reset to initial single course row
     • Clear results
4. Important Features
   • ❗ Input Validation:
     • All fields are mandatory
     • Credit hours must be ≥1
     • Shows error message if any field is missing/invalid
   • 📱 Responsive Design:
     • Works perfectly on desktop, tablets, and mobile
     • Inputs stack vertically on smaller screens
   • ➕ Dynamic Course Addition:
     • Add unlimited courses
     • Each new course has same input fields
5. Grade Points System
   • A = 4 points
   • B = 3 points
   • C = 2 points
   • D = 1 point
   • F = 0 points

Example Calculation:

1. Course 1: A (4) × 3 credits = 12
2. Course 2: B (3) × 4 credits = 12
3. Total Grade Points = 24
4. Total Credits = 7
5. CGPA = 24 ÷ 7 = 3.43

Tips:

• You can add courses even after calculation
• Error message automatically disappears when valid input is entered
• The calculator automatically validates all inputs before calculation
• Result box shows with a light blue background when calculation is successful
